This place was so cute on the inside me and my family just moved to this area and didn?t know where to go bowling we stumbled on... this place by accident. I do like how they offer discounts on certain days. The only reason I gave this 4 stars is because thecustomer service isn?t really the best. They didn?t really explain how it works we were unaware that once a game finishes if youdon?t want to be charged anymore you can?t throw the bowling ball. Bowling was great. Looked pretty understaffed. Lanes were empty but there were waits to get a lane and they kept adding people... to the list but not giving people lanes. The man at the front was responsible for adding people to the list, calling people backup, running their card, then charging them again after they finished bowling. This is the closest bowling alley to us but we?d never stopped by before. It wasn?t packed so we decided to try it out. The... service was good. Bowling was fine. I?d give 5 stars but my bowling shoes had a hole in them and the nachos we order wereyucky?I feel like I should?ve known better though. Lol! The drinks (alcohol and non-alcohol) were good though. I visit this bowling alley every Monday, it is apparent that Nicholas should not be a manager. Seems he is there to socialize... and not keep things moving in an orderly fashion. He is disrespectful, arrogant, and lackadaisical. The wait times can easily beremedied if he paid attention and had a sense of urgency. The rest of the staff are pleasant and helpful. Read more
