Drove an hour away to get Popeyes since this is the only halal one in NJ and wanted to see the hype. While making my order, I... added the offer with the spicy chicken sandwich and since the location was far, I made the purchase and left so I wouldn?t delaymy lunch break. Once I got there, I was given one sandwich and saw on my receipt that only one sandwich went through. I appliedthe offer and made sure I saw it prior to me adding my payment info. I provided the offer and the number for the cashier, butshe refused to take it. My order was well over $10 and unfortunately this was the only halal location. I ended up orderinganother sandwich since it was for my wife and went back home. I checked my bag and as part of the chicken meal, there weresuppose to be biscuits. Checked all the boxes and there were no biscuits. Not only is there only 1 halal location that?s an houraway, and there was bad service/technology invested behind the application, but my order wasn?t even fulfilled. This is just avery disappointing first time experience. EDIT: Popeyes corporate reached out and gave me a refund plus $5 on my next purchase.Was pleased to know they took care of me right away. Tried their fish sandwich and it was really good. So changed my 1 star to a3. Read more
