November 9, 2022, at 9 AM Wednesday morning. I stop by Wendy?s to order a number 10 French sticks. I then was told to wait and... pull up for them to bring me my order, after waiting for five minutes I went into the store to get my order just to find outthey they have been out of syrup for the last two weeks. I asked to speak to the manager the young lady said I am the manager. Iasked her when was the last time that they did inventory she responded two weeks ago. Then I asked her what was her name shesaid I would not give you my name. The Manager was so disrespectful and so noncompliant that I will be filing a complaint withcorporate office. Read more
This Wendy's would make everyone pull to the side after their order, everyone. If you order here you will be waiting extra. My... mother went inside to get a salad as their only customer. She sat down to wait for the salad and 20 minutes later went up to thecounter to ask where it was. They legit forgot she ordered.
