Big location, first time I went the online pickup had a very long wait time on Saturday evening while the in person ordering... line was empty with employees looking bored. Another time I went during a lunch rush an employee attempted to make a cheeseenchilada with literally only a few granules of cheese. Deciding overnight that you?re going to cut your portions in half yet still charge the same price it is far from what I would... call good customer service. In no way is this the fault of the employees. This is management making choices without the thoughtof the effect on not only their employees who are doing their best, but the customers that have been coming foryears. Corporate, you put your employees in such a bad position. Telling them that they have to scale back on their portionsand then leave them to deal with the frustration of each customer is ridiculous. Next time you decide to make a change likethat, come and work the front line so you can see what your effects feel like to the customer and the employees. Read more

Service was great food was good. We got there like 2 mins before an entire teenage girl basket ball team from Idaho showed up.... The staff kept their cool and didn't get upset at how busy it just got. They were quick and friendly. Read more
