I absolutely love Jimmy John?s but, this location sucks. No matter if I go in and order myself or I order online. The don?t add... the extra veggies I requested. I literally have to go back as ask for them. It?s pretty simple to read a piece of paper withextra details on it. Read more
Up until the last couple months everything was fine. Today was my third time in a row getting a sandwich order messed up. My... wife and I word different shifts, so many times I am eating a sandwich that is pulled out of the refrigerator. I don?t liketomatoes or shredded lettuce because of how soggy it gets. This is the third time in a row it was left on. Unfortunately thoseare almost impossible to get off right away, let alone after being in the fridge. We have had this problem if we walk in ororder on the app. I understand that people get busy, but people pay good money for a sandwich that they order. Normally I don?tleave reviews but this one on top of having extra toppings I asked not to have, we had almost no mayo, no mustard, and so muchoil and vinegar it leaked through the paper and through the bag. I hope these guys get things together because usually jimmyJohn?s is a great sandwich. It might be time to start skipping this location. Started out as 1 star but updated after themanager reached out. I let them know what was going on. They did apologize and offer to make it up to us. I never did rememberto get the free food, but did give them a try again. Have ordered 3 times, and one was a quite complex order, with no problemsat all. We ran in right before closing and we were starving. I have worked in food service before and I immediately felt bad about... asking them to make us sandwiches. I told the employees I would just leave, not wanting to do that to them. The employee at theregister (09/22/2022) was incredibly kind and convinced me to order, telling me how happy it would make them feel if I ordered.They all talked with us and it was a great time. Our sandwiches were delicious. After a rough night, these young men and womanreally ended it on a good note. Thank you for being a light in an understaffed world. Please reward these employees. Meanwhile people at the register are getting their food 10-15min after they order. The store is full of people juststanding around waiting. Even subway isn?t this slow.
