My mom came to get dinner here after a rough day for the family. The baked potatoes were burnt didn't come with any toppings... they had asked for. They tossed almost a full piece of hamburger into the chilli. When my called to discuss this the "nightassistant" wouldn't do anything other then offer to have fresh potatoes in thirty minutes. My mom couldn't drive up tonightwasn't offered any other day to come pick it up.They were not busy and my mom was really calm but was told "I'm not being rudeto you why are you being rude to me?" When my mom asked to speak to a higher up she refused to give her any info or let my momleave her info to get back to her. I've worked fast food and I'm shocked they refused to give her any sort of refund. We gettough days but the way she talked to my mom was horrible. Definitely won't be back to this location. Read more
Stopped by Sat 25 July 2022 3:30pm. Employees and management were complaining with each other about running out of food and... getting orders wrong and finger pointing each other. Lines and orders were backed up. They got my order wrong. They gave me a Acheeseburger instead of the deluxe burger I ordered. Waited in line for 10 minutes to tell them and waited more minutes afterbut they never fixed my problem I had to go back to work so I just eat my $6 cheese burger. Avoid this place Read more
Horrible customer service. Super negative tone and no greeting of any kind. Went to just get a frosty and were told that they... were out of all frosty mix until the truck comes and delivers more tomorrow. I?d be surprised if that was true.
