We weren't expecting such an amazing place when we pulled off after a long drive for dinner. Max was our server and did... outstanding! He was attentive, knowledgeable, and polite. The fried chicken was worth the wait. Moist inside and a nicecrispy outside. And the chicken noodle soup hit the spot. Very tasty! The restaurant is clean and the staff works togetherwell. Just a little hole in the wall place with great food, portions, prices and service. A new added favorite spot to our travels.
Great people. Good food. Reasonable prices. Interesting owners. Johnie?s Bar is part of the same establishment and carries a... decent selection. I had the catfish special. My wife and I shared some great wings. Salads were fresh and crunchy. All good, butskip the bread.
