Great place, but also they should not be late opening at 11am. They lost customers because they didn't open on time. Employees... shouldn't be strolling in late with coffee..saw a little girl cry because her mom thought they weren't open, still weren't setup for business at half past, so my people and I left as well. My daughter came with her library reward and my husband got an icecream too. The reward says a free one but they only... discounted 6 oz and with the discount we ended up paying $9.01 for my husband's and daughters (not even half full cups of icecream). I asked him to re-weigh and he said he already did and would not change the price then rang up other customers andwalked away. Very frustrating Edit: Thank you for your quick response. If I could give it zero stars I would. All the machines mixes were all watery and none of the sugar-free selections were... available. Staff is too busy cutting up in the back to pay attention to their jobs. Not to mention when they did come out theywere giggling. The restaurant area was disgusting. the toppings were very much lacking and disorganized even though the place was empty and the employee was just standing behind... the register since we walked in. one of the soft serve machines was not working and dripping/leaking. i pointed it out and shejust said "yeah, you shouldn't use that one" the ice cream we got wasn't bad. the prices were reasonable. but the tidyness, andcleanliness and upkeep leave a lot to be desired ------- edit- hey there, thanks for your reply. the boba (the little squishymango balls ? ) were like 99% empty except for a random stragler here and there, the surrounding toppings were also in disarayand the cheesecake bite bits only had enough toppings for one of the 3 people in our party to use any at all, and no mandarinsor berries (except maybe blue berries?) . i appreciate your response though, we were there maaaybe 3 weeks ago on a satruday, itwas one of the really hot days of summer before the hurricane warning . the staff person, there were 2 i believe was a youngfemale at the register who saw super nice, and the person going back and forth appeared to be restocking or stocking the frozentreats you sell, like cakes. thanks for your responsiveness! you get a star for that !
