They don?t clean their drink nozzles this is freaking nasty
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Went through the drive-thru to order 3 shrimp combos and a 2pc combo along with 2 apple pies. Got... home and my order was incorrect (no apple pies and no Mac and cheese). The manager said we could come another day and she wouldreplace them for us. Came back today and the manager on duty (Laura) refused to give us the items. She was extremely rude andwhen I told her my sister (who originally placed the order) was coming to speak with her, she said she was going to call thepolice on me. Completely unnecessary. I asked her why and she said because I was in her drive-thru line and wouldn?t move. I wasmoving right before she said it! Not sure what was going on but she was the rudest person I have ever experienced at thislocation. I will NOT be back! Worst popeyes i had ever been to. I ordered online and paid then they made my husband pay again. When i called about it they... wanted our food back for the money back that they charged us double for. Then forgot our sauces and drink. Went back and managerwas ugly to me and gave me my tea which was clear and tasted like water. When i got home i relaized my apple pie was dark brownand hard. Ive never had a problem with their apple pies ever. Will not be back to this location again. I also called corp. Ontheir manager the way she talked to me is not how you talk to a customer. With all these complaints i just read for thislocation why isnt something being done?? Read more

OMG - I was just passing through and decided I wanted Popeyes b4 heading to my destination. First of all they let you know what... food items they were out of which of course were the items i wanted like coleslaw and offered an apple pie instead - what? Thenwhen i did get my chicken it was heavy with grease and not even lukewarm. I was in a hurry of course and didn?t know right awaythis was the case until i was on the road. I decided to call and speak to the manager about my experience and you guessed it -no one answered the phone - it rang at least 10x before i hung up. I?m contacting my bank and telling them to not pay for thistransaction- this food is a disgusting and a disgrace - the employees and managers should be ashamed for what they?re doing tothe brand of what I and many others consider good Cajun chicken!
