Very poor customer service. Messed up on our order 2 times. The girl who helped us last was pleasant.
One of the draws with Swiss Chalet in addition to the chicken us the fries. This Manager on Leamington location has for 1 to 2... years refused to bring in Swiss chalet fries and serves the inferior Harveys fries. At one point about a year ago he said thewere too expensive. So is the meal without the correct fries. Close him down or change Managers. We have we anlove for SwissChalet which disappeared today. He has many complaints fr other customers but ignores them too. You lost at least one customer.Fire him/her!! Read more
i ordered Doordash and a driver never showed up to deliver the order, i was sent a refund and was asked to go pick it up myself.... Lisa the manager was incredibly nice and offered the food to me free of charge, threw in a pie, and was very sincere with thewhole situation. 2 stars exclusively for food because nothing was wrong with the food. It was the attitude of the server lady which prompted this... review. First off, the person who took our order missed 1 burger, instead of 5 he got only 4 and since we do not get the rcpt Ididn't know. But atleast he was friendly and smiling all the while. After getting 4th burger and the frings and fries I said 1more burger is missing, she stared at me, ripped out the rcpt from her side of the counter and bam! in front of me saying only4. I was startled at the way she did that and said ok I will buy 1 more. I paid and she said wait for few mins. Ok. Called outagain, made the burger, I said can I buy a large frings, no large frings? ok then 2 regular frings. She was charging for it and1 from our group came to get ghost pepper sauce. She snapped its for nuggets only but I gave u already its ok this time and gave1 more. I asked her if she can charge me for 2 more EXTRA sauces. She goes it will be for 4 sauces. I got confused cuz I onlywanted 2 extra, She goes, you got 2 before!!! Seriously??? You gave those without saying that it would cost me extra. My God,the way she behaved with me for extra sauces that if it were upto her she would have denied us service....and, since she behavedthat way, I would also like to add that she had ZERO EXPRESSION on her face when she served us and that matters cuz she wassmiling when served people BEFORE us and AFTER us AND all smiles while servingcustomerswho came while we were eating. I am not a fast food person at all but I have always lover Harvey's. The burger are the closest to a restaurant hamburger that... you can get. The condiments and additions you can get are fresh and taste great. I live the poutines and they have the Red Bullslushy that are a must!!! It's a little more expensive than most but we'll worth it.
