I have been to this poke place many times and finally decided I have to review it to let others know how amazing it is!! The... ambiance and music are new and hip. All of the seafood is extremely fresh and restaurant VERY clean. The build your own optionis the way to go. Customer service is excellent. Lizz is always very friendly, quick, and knowledgeable about everything. Shewalked me through each of the keto options for all the steps and even remembers what I like from previous visits. Let me say that the food was great. 5 Stars. I went with a friend and had to go back in a few days and brought my wife. That... said, both times the employees made the experience hard to enjoy. Going in the evening, the two young women had terriblyinappropriate music playing loud enough that we couldn't ignore. I would have asked to change if my kids were with me. I meanthis music was BAD! So vulgar. I mean, REALLY BAD!! and they just let it play, song after song. Employees both times didn'tknow how to explain the choices, describe the food, communicate, make eye contact, or count money. I was so embarrassed for thecashier who couldn't figure out how to deal with cash. Owners! Please train the employees to be polite, engaging, andprofessional. Delicious and fresh! I wish I had tried this place sooner, it?s so close to home. I got a medium bowl with octopus, ahi and... salmon and yum!! It?s actually too much food for me.
