It's newer so it's clean and service is good. Everything was fine I would have given it 5 stars except it shares the drive... through with a daycare and durring the pick up and drop off times it's a night mare to navigate. Also it's right next to thearmy base and traffic on that main street is also a nightmare. Read more
If the tacobell on metropolitan is running on a skeleton crew I take back what I say, but they have the slowest line of ANY... Tacobell I have been too. We literally sat in the same spot for ten minutes before the line move, and ended up having to backout the line to go to the other one due to having wait for so long. They are the worst taco bell I have ever been too. And thisis the case almost every time I come this one, so typically I go to fourth street one. The one on fourth street gets 5 stars. Read more

Frustrated. A couple weeks ago I went through the drive thru and my order was messed up/ poor quality. Well, I contacted the... manager, Mandy, or Misty I believe, who was actually very nice, and offered to replace my meal for me. I worked fast food formany years. Taco Bell was actually my first job, so I understand that things happen. Well, I went back about 45 minutes ago, andgot the replacement as I had somebody with me who wanted to go. So I figured why not. Once again, My order was wrong. It?s avery easy order. Classic combo, No beans, No nacho cheese, and the burrito grilled. Taco-No lettuce and a spicy potato soft tacono lettuce. They use to be okay on service and food but I am so disappointed after my last visit. Dined in with my husband and my Crunchwrap... supreme had 2 tomatoes and a dab of sour cream, my husbands supreme tacos were not supreme at all. They remade our food and myCrunchwrap was broken and falling apart due to the tortilla being stale. My husbands remade tacos had half a teaspoon of meat.Pathetic!!! We had already placed our sons order and his tacos came out stale also and they were crunchy. We were told that themanager was the one that remade them too. After all of our orders were all wrong and stale they refunded our money but gave uscoupons that expire in less than a month. Read more
