Absolute trash experience. Ordered at 2pm for a 2:10pm pickup and it wasn't ready until almost 2:45 after myself & about 10... other people waiting kept asking the cashier. She just kept standing there or like going to check napkin holders, remarking "ohwe're slow" as there were like two people in the walk up line and only one person preparing orders and a bunch of peoplestanding around. One employee was just standing there for 30 minutes making probably 300 individual bags of chips, like pausethat & put some gloves on my order is a half hour late. Then on top of all of that, half of the ingredients I ordered for mybowl weren't in there. 0 stars, won't be back to this one. Read more
At 2:30p on 11/5, the restaurant was not busy. They were fully staffed. The cashier intentionally moved in slow-motion,... pretended to ignore us, wouldn't make eye contact, and mumbled. He knew we were hungry, and he must have thought it was funny. The rest of the staff was talking and joking amongst themselves. Then, our bowl was the smallest I have ever had at a Chipotle.The manager should check who was on shift today and have a long talk... This is sad, because I really like Chipotle. Read more

Visited this establishment for a snack. All I wanted was a large guacamole and chips. The young man at the line never... acknowledged my presence or greeted me. He was refilling items on the line which I understand but my goodness at least say"Hello, I'll be with you soon". The same thing happened to a guy that walked in behind me. The young lady at the register juststood there as well like she couldn't be bothered to do anything or help. After about 6 minutes of standing there I finallyasked the young lady at the register to assist me and asked for the manager. She just hollered over to the young man whoinitially ignored me to help. He finally gave me what I asked for but it was sloppy and there was guacamole all on the outsideof the container. When the manager came over and I expressed my disdain she simply said "Oh, well if I'd seen you then Iwould've helped you". Seriously!?!? All the people in the back including her saw the other customer and I standing there. Toadd insult to injury when I got home my guacamole wasn't even made from avocados. I'm certain it was made with Calabacitas (acheaper substitute used in some restaurants to " fake" guacamole. Chips were also stale and pretty much flavorless.
