So in calling this location Sharmain the so called manager began SCREAMING AT ME on the phone after I would not apologize for... recognizing him as a her. She sounded like a man to me. This person was SCREAMING AT THE TOP OF HER LUNGS. I will be calling thecorporate office. Read more
I had ordered delivery and was then when I called to ask what the delay was I was told that it was carry out because of low... staffing. I then sent an employee to pick up the pizza and he was told they did not see our order even though he had the receiptand I sent him a picture of the confirmation email. I then had to call the store and ask what the problem was and was told itwas miscommunication. By the time we got our pizza it was two hours old, cold, and nasty looking. I had ordered the pizza for myemployees at the COVID hotline and swab clinic as a reward for the long hours they were working and for volunteering to come inon a cold Sunday to work and it ended up not being a reward at all. Plus I paid $7 for a delivery tip and there was no delivery.I was very unhappy and would like to be reimbursed for the cost of the pizza and the delivery tip. Read more
I ordered on line shortly after 5pm for a 6:30 delivery. When it had not arrived I called about 6:50. The phone rang about a... dozen times, then I got a recorded message with options. I tried the check on order three time, always getting back to originalmessage, so I chose the order option. The girl who answered checked on my order, said it was still at the store waiting for adriver and that there was nothing more she could do about it. I am pretty sure I HAD to pay for extra Pizza Sauce which for $45 is Craziness and I never got it. As Always it was not done... enough but I should have told them to cook to well done.. I would say this location is much better over the last year thanbefore.. Read more
