As an Uber Eats driver, this restaurant has something set up wrong that consistently inconveniences customers ordering delivery... along with drivers. Four times in a row picking up orders, something has gone wrong where they have either not been open ortheir kitchen closed before the order was submitted. This wastes my time and costs me gas money and also inconveniences UberEats customers who are expecting food in a timely fashion. I’m sure the system for setting up your hours isn’t easy, but Ido know that all of the other restaurants I pick orders up from have cared enough to figure this out, as this is the onlyrestaurant where I’ve had consistent issues. The person I’ve dealt with regarding these issues has also been incredibly rudeevery time I’ve interacted with him and treated me like the issues are my fault directly, immediately expressing frustrationthat I had even walked through the door. All that said, the Overland Park location is a terrific dining experience as acustomer and also provides fast and friendly service for delivery drivers. Read more
Great atmosphere, amazing food, excellent service. My wife and I ordered some drinks, cheese sticks (which were not your... traditional cheese sticks, simply perfect), nachos and Sicilian pizza (holy……. It is great). Hit or miss describes this place to a "T" & that's not good. Items was missing from order. Delivering agent doubled checked... with person at bar & was told everything was in the one bag and was assured. One bag was impossible to contain 2 orders ofspinach dip, chicken nachos & 2 orders of chicken strips with fries. Received full refund back because when trying to requestreplacement the rudeness of the staff was ridiculous. 20 minutes to be acknowledged then snotty and rude. I will not return inany capacity. 0 stars but this app won't let that happen. Tried to call and was hung up on. It amazes me a friend loves thisplace. You can count me out. ***DO NOT ORDER FOR DELIVERY*** Ordered delivery and paid about $40 for this taco salad and mozzarella sticks. Called to see if... anything could be done because the portion is incredibly small and mostly lettuce. Was told they couldn’t do anything since wepaid for delivery and then they proceeded to hang up.
