The food is amazing as always and gone too soon with modest portions. The staff is sweet and genuinely helpful. They went above... and beyond to understand my order it was had to hear on the speak with high winds and trucks passing by. I love this lil stopand recommend stopping by if u have the time. Kids got PB&J and grilled cheese and were very happy. Breaded tenderloin was great too with the hand breaded onion rings.
I'm rarely in Lebanon but when I am (like today) I make it a point to visit Milky Way. I ordered from the drive thru for lunch... today. Quick and friendly service. I ordered the double cheese burger with extra pickles and a strawberry shake and of course Iwas very pleased. The large patties were seasoned to perfection and that brioche bun set it off. The strawberry shake was alsoperfect. Rich and creamy without being overly sweet. If you haven't been here, do yourself a favor and check them out. You can'tgo wrong with any selection from the menu. We started our trip to Chicago for my birthday weekend by stopping for a snack on the way. My friends asked where we could go... that wasn?t too far of a detour. I said what towns are along the way. One of them that was named was Lebanon. I was thinkingin my head that sounded familiar for some reason. All of a sudden my onion ring post popped into my head. I remember someonesuggesting the Lebanon Milky Way. So that?s immediately where I decided to go. We headed off the highway into Lebanon. Cutelittle town. I see the sign and it says best shakes in town. I guess we are at the right place. I love milkshakes. Everyonehasn?t eaten much all day so here we are?. Three tenderloins(breaded) and chicken fingers for the mains. Then we get mushrooms,fried zucchini, onion rings, loaded taco tots, and mozzarella cheese sticks for the sides. First off I didn?t try thetenderloin but they all said it was good. I did however have the chicken tenders. Man we?re they fresh, hot, and juicy. Theseasoning/breading was so good. They also has good bbq sauce. I ordered the 3 pack and wish I would have gotten more. Now let?stalk about the real star of the show??those onion rings. They were whole onions and cooked just enough but that breading waslight and crunchy and I wanted to eat them for the rest of my life. If I could only have this onion ring I?d be so happy. Ididn?t wanna share but I wanted everyone to try them. Such a dilemma. The other sides were good. The mushrooms actually hadflavor which is rare for fried mushrooms. The only side I didn?t eat was the tots but they just didn?t sound appealing. And Iwas busy swooning over the chicken tenders and onion rings. ????.
