Reserved a spot here and arrived at 10:30 PM to find all the spots were taken. I went in and explained it to the worker and she... couldn't have been more friendly. She couldn't force anyone to move because, well, people are nuts. What she did do was to findme an alternative place to park. She also refunded my reservation fee and gifted me two slices of pizza! I really appreciatedher understanding of my situation and going above and beyond to help me. Drivers. If you didn't pay for a reserved spot, it'snot yours. Trip planning is not hard. Well, rude doesnt even begin to describe the lady wearing the red shirt at 6:50AM on friday 9/9/22. Yelling at customers and... flying high on a power trip(I think she was the manager that morning). You cant expect a decent service from low to no costumerservice skills people anyway, you can tell she's an abusive person just by interacting with her. Read more
