Food was delicious and hot. However we did have to wait a while for it even though the restaurant was pretty empty. Our server... was attentive and helpful. I?ll return when my travels take me by this location. Read more
It has been a long time since I have eaten at a bandana's bbq. As I was passing through the area I saw this one and thought it... would be an ideal place for dinner. The barbecue and the sides were absolutely excellent. They have a nice array of sauces totry. My only criticism was the service we had that day. A service for my food was fine. My dining companion however asked hercoffee with his meal. That turned out to be a mistake. The coffee that was brought out to him was not hot. And it was not everrefilled. In fact it even went beyond that. I waitress did not so much as speak to him for the rest of the meal. Meanwhile I hadrefills of my drink and she checked back about how I was enjoying the food. Awesome food, and service. We have been craving the southern taste & hospitality for many years. Living in many states and... trying dozens of places we had given up on good BBQ. Bandanas was our 1st BBQ experience in Missouri and it was absolutelyamazing. I loved all the sauce choices on the table. Beans, meat, coleslaw, garlic bread was all on point and my husband lovedthe sweet tea. If you've been to the south it has that Sonny's bbq vibe. 8/29/2022 Service was not very good because they seemed to be negative waitresses! They forgot my sides until the end, even... after I told them about it when the waitress brought my food out. Then, she proceeds to give them to me at the register incontainers and charges me for the baked beans that were actually included in my meal! Hectic, for No Reason! Unorganized! And, people who should be working are casually standing around doing Nothing! Decent food, but HORRIBLE SERVICE! Tried nowseveral times and it it NOT getting better At all!!! * Our waitress today (3-17-2022 @ 2:30 PM) was acting super busy, butmessing everything up! She was also VERY LOUD about a man's card Not going through when it was a register issue. The man feltthat he needed to explain it to my husband and I when it was none of anyone's business because he was embarrassed! Then, it wasa problem with the register & the waitress was LOUD ABOUT IT! It took forever to get seated (over 10 minutes) when she wasn'tdoing Anything! Normally enjoy this restaurant! Will try it again, but Not with this waitress! She stated she'd be right upto check us out & disappeared in the back area for over 15 minutes, Again! She didn't even check us out! We had to leave themoney at the register! Need better help! Like this restaurant, but Service is Very Important! The yard bird sandwich was very juicy. note: they did forget the buffalo sauce but either way it was only a dollar so use it as... part of the tip The shredded chicken nachos was amazing along with the pulled brisket and smoked sausage was just phenomenalplus the baked potato was mouth watering. The sweet tea was just ahh-mazein and the Pepsi my grandmother had with her meal wasfresh(thank you for changing your soda bags) water was clear and cups are clean!! Extra lemons if cut too small.
