There was a 30 minute wait on parade day, 12.3.22, I put my name on the list and went into the shop next door for 15 minutes... (timer was set on my phone). Went back to the village parlor and was told that our name was called while we were next door, andwe would have to wait. I was standing next to an open table and there was one other table available as well. I touched the tableand asked a server if we could sit here. Suddenly there was a large man (manager or owner) standing right next to me who decidedit was his job to speak to me very rudely and extremely condescendingly about not being present when my name was called. Iremained polite despite his need to apparently teach me a lesson, and explained we had gone next door and had told the younglady who had informed us of the 30 minute wait that we would check back in a few minutes (again, phone timer was set). I don'tunderstand the anger this man allowed to well up in him or his need to speak to me like a poorly behaved child, but he willnever have the opportunity to speak to me like that again. My friend and I walked out and I will not return. Read more

My daughter and I had lunch here. I had the grilled cheeseburger sandwich with fries. It was pretty good. We had split a... piece of chocolate cake. It was served warm. I believe the menu mentioned it was served with raspberry drizzle and freshraspberries. We did not see or taste any raspberries. We didn't mention it to our server because service was a little slow andwe didn't want to take more time. Read more

Absolutely love this place! The food is delicious and the ice cream never disappoints. Paige is an excellent server and the rest... of the staff has always been just as friendly. Read more

We decided to stop in for lunch. First of all, the place is adorable! Very Americana. It definitely gives off retro vibes and I... love that! The service was extremely friendly, but a bit slow. I had the tuna melt sandwich and my friend had the BLT. Both wereserved with chips and pickles and were ok/good. Nothing too exciting, just a decent sandwich. We did not have any ice cream, soI cannot speak to do that, But I think this is a must stop if you are spending an afternoon in downtown Lebanon. If only for thevibe of the place. Read more

The ice cream here is great, and the waitstaff are cordial. However, avoid getting a meal here. Yesterday, my family and I were... served the worst meal I've ever gotten at a restaurant. The turkey burger was an anemic plain flattened patty on a smashed bun(no lettuce, cheese or anything to go with it), the pulled pork sandwich consisted of a meager amount of dried out freezerburned meat string, both served with a side of soggy fries. I'd be embarrassed to let plates of food like that leave my kitchen, let alone charge people for it. But what's most disappointing was the "Oh well" response I received from the hostess at checkoutafter she asked how our meal was. Needless to say, we won't be back. Read more
