So I tried the Yakisoba for the first time and it was flavorful and cooked perfectly. Usually I get the steak hibachi, but they... wanted me to try the noodles and I'm glad I did! Back when this food truck was in Corvallis, my wife and I would grab food from this restaurant all the time. We love pretty much... the entire menu as everything is cooked to perfection. The fact that they are in Lebanon now is great because I work down thestreet from them. Needless to say I will be picking food up from them very often!
