Our food was cold, the cheese didn't even melt. The cashier wasn't pleasant at all, she had us stand there for about 5 minutes... without saying I'll be right there. All of the booths seats were all ripped up and taped, but it's all old tape and flippingover, I don't want to sit on that. My wife and I decided to go to wendy's this evening. Decided to order online for pickup. My order was sent through at 7:04... finally got my food at 7:34. I understand that they are a little short staffed and they were extremely busy in the drive- thru,but the workers seemed be fixated on drive- thru only. I fault the cooperation for this, because they get timed on how long ittakes to get a drive- thru order completed hence the reason for ignoring instore and online orders. There were points at whichno employees could be seen from the counter. Also, being that busy and waiting 30 minutes for my meal, instead of the 5 minutesthat is relayed to you after submitting an online order, my food wad cold. Being from the food industry myself, my food shouldhave been hot because of having to replenish with fresh burgers and fresh fries while so busy. We were very unsatisfied with ourmeals due to the temperature and my large fry container was only half full. Finally I understand that the main crew of fastfood facilities are teenager. That's why on a Friday and Saturday evening the teenagers should have management to direct theflow of the crew, instead of letting them alone to concentrate on driver- thruinstead of inside and online customers. I was in the Drive-Thru for nearly 35 minutes my order was just the number one and the car in front of me look like their order... was very tiny and the order in front of them appear to be one bag worth of food as well.
