The Subway inside the Lebanon TN Pilot truck stop has the worst customer service. It's not that they are rude or the food is... bad. They show that they are open during the 3rd shift hours, but there is rarely anyone at the counter when I get there. I gotthere at 1:50am this morning. I waited 5 minutes before I went to the Pilots manager to see if the Subway was open. She told methe Subway person would be back in 3 minutes. So, I went back to the Subway counter and waited for another 10 minutes. No onecame, so I left. They have done this several times to my co-workers and myself. We have very few choices this late, but thisSubway has seen the last of me. I will never go back. (Update)- It is January 5 2022 and they have not improved one bit. I walkin at 1:20am and there is a young lady behind the counter so I walk up only to be told that they were closed. Your website sayyou're open 24hrs a day. I didn't argue. I just walked away. They wouldn?t slice the grilled chicken patty for my salad because it?s against their policy. Apparently it?s ?unsanitary?. I?ve... ordered this same thing at numerous other Subway locations and watched them cut the chicken without even asking. How is it?unsanitary?? States it?s ?24 hours? but worker was sitting there doing nothing and told me they was closed cause no one could work the... register. I?ve been to many 24 hour subways and the person making the sub will check me out after making the sub. She was justrude! Read more
I love their new melts. And you can't bet that they are open 24 hours. And the night shift girl is amazing. She even cut up my... tomatoes, and cucumbers for my salad. No one has ever took the time to do that for me. Read more
