Really bad service tonight. Ordered a subway melt, only ever order that one, was given a subway club, mentioned it and Sumara(?)... Said she asked twice, when she never asked at all actually. Whatever. Then my daughter asked for more mayo, twice and shesquirted literally a portion that covered a1/3rd of the sandwich. Don't care about mistakes particularly, they happen, but theattitude of Sumara was terrible. Disinterested, disengaged and kind of a jerk. Not impressed tonight. Read more

The staff, and the organization are in absolute shambles. Waited for ages to order, and just when the one girl began making our... sub, one of the other workers shoved her out of the way, told her to go work on the other station and took our sub and used itfor online orders. Like, really? There are a lineup of people, prioritzing online orders opposed to customers who are actuallyright in front of you? Waited 20 minutes for a mediocre, soggy sub. Will not waste my time here again. Start prioritzing thecustomers that are right in front of you. It really is not that hard. Perhaps some better organization and it will run a lotmore smoothly.
