I ordered via the app on November 11th. Drove to the store to pick up my food, and the employee said that they didn't have the... ingredients to make my sandwich. I wasn't sure what to do, and the employee suggested calling the number on the receipt. It wasmy phone number on the receipt, so that obviously wouldn't help... So I asked for a refund - employee stated she wasn't trainedon how to do that. Leaving the store without food and without a refund, I left feedback via the Subway app. I was contacted bya Ryan G. about my experience, requesting more information to process my refund. After not receiving my refund, I had to do achargeback via my credit card. In summary, the food may be good, but I wouldn't know because I never received mine.
