First order taker was good. The secobd was very rude and my wife disnt fet her iced coffee. Had to go back up and ask for it.... One of the other people dud come out and give us some pies. Just ask the register people to remember its there job to be nice. Read more

Wanted to update! Goes to show u that higher up management does read these! I can't tell you how much this McDonald's has beefed... ( lol) their game! Since June EVERY time I went they were ready! Frappe machine has never went down since the below review! Nowthat I've gained weight from daily frappe with Expresso! I've had to back down a tad! But it's wonderful to report thefriendliness, ready to serve, and powerful fast!! I've shared before my disappointment in this restaurant. I don't eat anythingfrom here nor I'm I one of those people that doesn't recognize portions of a serving. But since April I was turned on to themocha frappe with expresso! I'm hooked! In fact so much so I started going on my way to work for one. So Leeds McDonald's wasthe closest, . I understand that sometimes things break. But this is not the case with this place, can't be! I've been going tothe moody/Brompton exit McDonald's by loves gas! They are the sweetest nicest people! Not one would join me in my rage about theLeeds store. NOT ONE TIME HAVE I BEEN TOLD ITS DOWN EITHER! Yesterday I took a chance and stopped as it was so much closer. Ifigured hey it been more than 3 weeks! Yep it's fixed! But it's down again! WHAT! YOUR KIDDING ME ???? I will never go back now!So from 05/01/22 to 05/24/22 still down. OR BROKEN! So bottom line, I know stuff breaks, stuff happens.
