The only thing that was better than the food, was the service. Everybody has these huge smiles and they really appreciate that... you came in. It was a really great warm feeling. Of all the food being eaten right now in all of washington county, this is THE BEST FOOD BY FAR!! We ordered the special ofnthe... day 'peach mole' and the 'chicken enchiladas' along with chips and salsa and 2 classic margaritas on the rocks with salt.Homemade Tortilla chips like my mom used to make. Smoky salsa. Margaritas with fresh, NOT premade mix-for a utah alcoholicbeverage it was very tasty!! The chicken enchiladas were maybe the best i've ever had and my husband's dish, well...i dont thinki've ever been so jealous of a food order before. It was one of the best dishes i've ever had in my life and i'm a selfproclaimed foodie. If i could eat for a living...I WOULD! The peach mole was perfectly spicy & sweet with so much depth. We are staying close by and decided to try it for dinner. It was pretty delicious! My only ?complaint? was that we paid over $5... for a small container of salsa that we felt was bland. The guacamole was also bland but we like spicy and neither had a kick. Myhusband had chipotle pasta which made up for the lack of spice in the salsa and guacamole.
