Ford time there and it was a very friendly atmosphere with a pretty decent selection in their humidor. Going back for an Olivia... event to meet some more folks and enjoy their lounge later this week. Read more
Nice find while travelling. I asked about using their lounge and the cost. All that was asked was a same day purchase and to... only smoke cigars purchased from their store in the lounge....which is completely understandable. Most every place asks for thatat the least and some have a higher minimum. (BTW- You don't buy your dinner at Burger King and take it into Morton's to sitdown and eat it. Cigar/ cigar lounge etiquette.) Fantastic selection and a very nice and helpful owner that really knows herstuff. Took her suggestion on a new cigar that was great and enjoyed it in the lounge while I got some work done. Highlyrecommend. Read more
Friendliest cigar store in KC. Great humidor with a great selection of not only major brands, but "boutique brands" as well. The... owner is exceptionally knowledgeable about everything in the humidor. She is very friendly and helpful. Also, a nice lounge witha warm feel. Friendly customers as well. Read more
The woman in the store was very rude. We purchased a cigar a day before and did not let us smoke inside because we didn't buy a... cigar that same day. The staff at this lounge needs to be reassessed and needs to keep with the rest of these lounges. Myboyfriend and I can literally buy another cigar at a different lounge and walk into another lounge and smoke there and they willhappily accept us. Sure we will purchase a new cigar there but the service here is hands down the worst in Kansas City MetroArea. Read more
