Pizza arrived in a complete mess (looked like it folded over when placed in the box and the fell apart when trying to adjust... it). Had asked for ?well done? but dough was still half raw. I placed an order on the app as usual and they started making it but it never said out for delivery. I ended up calling them as... 2 hours had passed since I placed the order and they hadn?t contacted me to say they were on their way. When I called he saidthey didn?t have delivery drivers and could cancel the order or I could come pick it up. I went to go pick it up and asked thenwhy didn?t they call if they knew I ordered a delivery and they didn?t have delivery drivers. They became rude and said I havehad like 200 deliveries and I don?t have time to go over and look at the orders that are done. I then asked why aren?t youdelivering and he said we just stopped delivering an hour ago but at that time my order was already placed and ready fordelivery. Frustrating. Read more

After placing a delivery order from this location, an hour passed and my order tracker still said "Preparing your food." Another... review tonight said they waited 30 minutes to get a call from the store, but I never received a call--I had to call them. When Idid, they told me they didn't have any delivery drivers, so they could still make it and I could pick it up, or they couldcancel it. I asked why it still offered delivery through the app if they could not fulfill delivery order, and the guy on thephone told me their manager told them they couldn't turn off delivery orders. I thought it was important to go back and edit this review. They have gotten rid of the girl manager and the place run so much... smoother. Very fast in my order is always correct. I left a response on the link at the bottom of my ticket probably two monthsago saying when the female manager is working it is a train wreck but when the male manager is working it seems to run muchsmoother. My buffalo chicken pizza had no buffalo sauce on it. LOL. Cheesy chicken pizza. My supreme had no meat. Veggiepizza. The wait time..........an hour and a half. No apologies just excuses. Pizza Hut and Papa Johns are closed today.False they were open. I tried them again. Walked in the male manager greeted me and my pizzas were done and correct. The shopseemed very calm although they were busy. Not the pure chaos when the female manager is working. I have yet to hear anythingfrom anybody. Update 6/20/22: Still 5 stars. Carside delivery this time... Prompt. Excellent pizza... See the pic (the one with the... jalapeños). I couldn't wait to tear into it. Consistently great. New crew members the last couple times, and they still knockit out of the park... Speaks volumes to their management and training. Update 6/5/22: Terrific as always. Great deal too... Ialways carry out, and carryout prices have not increased since my original review! Are you kidding me? Tonight I got a mediumthin crust with 8 toppings plus extra cheese, and a marbled cookie brownie, all for just over $16 tax included. And the pizzawas freaking awesome! Photo attached. Promised between 10:26 pm and 10:36; ready at 10:28, I picked it up at 10:30. As I waswalking from the parking spot to the building, the worker was already pulling my order and readying to meet me at the door.Still 5 stars ???? ?. What more could I ask? Consistently great. Update 3/18/22: Still awesome. My 8th order here tonight, andI haven't yet had an experience here that was less than excellent. Always correct, always on time, no surprises, always hot,fresh and high quality, and brought quickly for carryout, no waiting. They've only been short one ingredient one time, which isexceptional during a pandemic and labor shortage, and the app warned me about the shortage before I ordered so I could workaround. Amanda, who prepared my order tonight, you rock!!! Last week, got a rewards freebie (free medium 2-topping pizza after 6$10 orders) during curbside hours and it was awesome, too. I think the female manager mentioned elsewhere here brought it out,in the rain, with a smile. This Domino's is still my go-to, still 5????????? Update 12/8/21: Still great! Do yourself a favor:if you use the app, compare a few locations to see which ones offer the best deals.
