Very frustrating first experience here. We will not be returning. It took quite a long time for our first drinks to arrive.... After we ordered our second drinks, we were told that we had to move to another (much smaller) space because a party had justmade reservations for our exact seats online. We hadn?t even been there for an hour. It was very frustrating, and we felt likesecond class citizens due to the online reservation system. Be warned. If you want good service, you better make a reservationand ask exactly how long you have your seats reserved for. Read more

Drinks were amazing as usual but I wish you still encouraged use of lounge voices. We were sat right in front of the speaker... which was so loud that we couldn?t hear each other talk. Once it was turned down, the rest of the patrons were shouting andtalking so loudly that it was totally not enjoyable. This used to be our favorite cocktail bar but now you can barely go withouta reservation and heaven forbid you want to hold a conversation with the person you?re there with. It really changed when youmoved to the new location. Read more

The new place was a great expansion from the old place and had a bunch of room. We met with another couple there and called a... head to reserve a booth. There is a charging port built into the booths. So you can charge your phone while ignoring it behindyou. The barista would walk around and check on the booth. We had an assortment of the summer seasonal drinks and some regularhour drinks they had on the menu. Read more

This is a tricky review because I really loved the new space and the drinks are outside the box and on point. My problem is the... server who rushed me with an unfriendly personality and in general just did not qualify as what I would expect to have serve meat a bar that only allows a 2 hour visit and ultimately leaves you with a $71 bill for 4 drinks. I mean does a server who servesyou 4 drinks really deserve a $15 tip. All hard to swallow. The other elephant in the room was the way the staff was dressed. They were charging high end up scale prices yet all were dressed like they were hanging at the beach. I suggest a nicecollaborative dress uniform that suits the business model. If I could address one other item would be the Hamms, Coors and PBRbeer on tap. I get its a cocktail bar but seriously...! Over all good spot but they need to work on the little things if theywant to have patrons continue paying the highest prices in this part of the country. Read more
