We had a car FULL of people after visiting the Powell Gardens holiday lights walking tour, each person with a "specific" order.... It really was a large, complicated order! Not only did they get it right ( we were missing one burger but that was caught andtaken care of immediately) but the order was quick, the food hot and the service was with a smile ????. It was the perfect wayto end a fun filled, joyful family holiday outing!! We had family ranging in age from 5 years to 65 years and EVERYONE washappy, great job Sonic. Will definitely be back! We stopped by here on our way to home from a bike ride to John Dyke All Inclusive playground that is located close to Legacy... Park. The staff who serve us was very friendly and accommodated all our request with a smile. Food is good, and they make ourdaughter happy because of the Poppy finger toy included in their kids meal. I pull up to order breakfast at 8:48am and they said drinks only is that ok? No... she's the only 1 there that's why... sad to... hear once again the workforce has gone to #<:$. Read more
Horrible and slow service, they close 90% of their stalls because they don?t have enough people. Pray they don?t mess up your... order because there?s no chance they?ll fix it in under 30 minutes. They say they?re always hiring but can never retain staff?can?t order through the app half the time either because this location shuts it off. Go to a different one, this is the worstone in town.
