Always kind, friendly and courteous customer service at this location. I go frequently largely for this reason. This should just... be normal anywhere you go, but it just isn't anymore. I always think this is a sign of good management. Always makes my day alittle bit brighter. Thank you! Read more
Ordered meals for several people online then picked up. That process did not work. They received my order details but had to... ring it up and give payment again. All food was cold. I had 3 orders of fries that were significantly shorted, not cooked/friedbasically raw, and maybe half full?which is being generous. Also, I don?t know when this happened but the fries are shoestring.Go back to the big ones! Had 3 orders of tater tots that were fried but maybe 6/7 in every container. These were Medium sizeorders-completely unacceptable. If you order the 2 for $5 deal you basically get sliders. The other 4 sandwiches we ordered wereway smaller than they used to be. Drinks were good. I will not say how I know this but the amount of money they pay for productthen have the nerve to substantially overcharge customers is an insult! Read more
Went to get breakfast sandwich at 9am. Found place closed. No one to work I guess. Sign in window said paying up to 12.50 to... start. Sign at Mc D's said up to 14.50 to start. Better come up Sonic. Read more
Normally come for drinks only, but today tried BBQ popcorn chicken and onion rings, NEVER again! Tasted old and also like old... fried grease. Medium onion rings there were 3 tiny tings with hardly any coating. Again never food. Read more

The one on 150 in Grandview was awful! Could not get order right, even going back and telling them what they did wrong. Still... could not get a Double Bacon Burger plain correct. SMH. Their Chicken dinner box was gross. No cherry or lime in the CherryLimeade. WILL NEVER GO BACK! Read more
