Shout out to Tanner! There was a mix up with my order, I was ordering one of the new menu items and I think both myself and the... worker got confused lol. My order got mixed up but I called about it just to mention the mix up and that I think there wasconfusion about what one of the new items was. (Which I totally get and also I'm sure I wasn't helpful lol). But yeah, Tanneranswered the phone. Walked me through what was rung up and where the confusion was and was just overall very nice. Morning of 11/9/22. I pulled into this Tabobells drive through 3 minutes until 8am fully aware they open at 8am just looking at... the menu. A very rude young woman came on the intercom to inform me they are not open and not ready yet. I said that was fineand asked when would they would be ready as I was in no hurry. She quickly replied very rudly they would not be open or ready.The manager has to jump in on the intercom and say they would be ready at 8am. I asked why the young lady would say such a thingand she jumped back on and interrupted her manager and said rudely that again becasue they are not open till 8 and don't haveany product. I told her she was rude and drove away. I called the manager over the phone to voice my complaint and he was verynice and understood. I know everyone is short staffed but this employee needs to learn customer service and maybe decide adifferent career path. Read more
