I?m not sure the name of the man working today, but I have had the worst week of my life & it?s been very very hard. I came in... for a couple tacos on my way to work. I?m 32 weeks pregnant & he was telling me about how he just had a little girl, & wasgiving me some advice. This place is right by my job so it?s usually more convenient for me to get lunch and I order online. What I don?t like is that... by time I?ve gotten my food and head back to eat my break is basically over. It always says it?ll take 10 minutes for my orderto be ready but I end up waiting upwards 20+ minutes. Read more
Chipolte is Chipolte. This store has labor issues that are apparent. Their system is great when they have the people to run it.... Needed a manager the night I was there, ran out of meats and the cook was in the back on his phone. Got real busy and nobody hada "high " gear. Being in business I understand the issues. Steak was inedible, everything lacked flavor, and the rice was extremely disappointing. Tasted like it was made the day before.... It?s a shame for a restaurant chain that has standardized recipes. Read more
