I don't post reviews often but the service and rude behavior of the manager at this location is something I've rarely... experienced before. And it wasn't the first time I've had this experienced at this location. First of all they were out of theroll I wanted and had only 2 different rolls available. When I wanted more of one ingredient on my sandwich instead of giving mea little more the manager refused me service and had the sandwich thrown in the garbage. Just doesn't make sense. Poor Attitude! We ordered two subs online including a steak sub without green peppers. We arrived while it was being made and... saw she was putting green peppers on it. When we said ?no peppers? she said that it was how they come and with an attitude. Wetold her that we didn?t want the peppers. Another lady came out and pointed out to her that the order was for no peppers. Shethen let us know she was angry when she gave us our order with more ?attitude?. I honestly do not think I?ve ever given a 1 star to a restaurant.. I ordered 2 subs online tonight for dinner after calling the... store 5 times with no answer. My subs were paid for and pick up time was 6:20. We arrived at 6:17 and there was only 1 ladyworking, whom was new at that.. After 5 minutes my hubby said are my sandwiches ready and she said no. 5 more minutes as it?s6:33 are my sandwiches ready. No I?m making them next.. She?s also making another persons sandwich that came in way after us.Finally at 6:40 my hubby was handed a bag and he left. We get home very hungry and we had the other man?s order.
