Everytime we order they get at least one thing wrong. Tonight we ordered a plain burger and half cheese half mushroom pizza. ... Guess what? The burger had cheese and toppings and the pizza was half cheese and half pepperoni. Then offered a new meal aslong as we pick it up. Unbelievable. Never ordering there again. Pizza is great! However, they lost our business due to customer service. I clicked on a deal for two medium pizzas for $19.99... via the app. Somehow I ended up receiving 1 medium pizza with extra toppings for over $23.... Probably my fault. I explainedto their delivery driver (not Uber eats or door dash - their in house delivery driver who was wearing a Manhattan pizza tshirt)who said he could not call the store for me. - fair enough. I called the store and explained what I attempted to order and howit does not make sense to pay $23 for a medium pizza. I selected the deal... They basically told me sorry about your luck. Youordered what you ordered. Customer service is quite important in business... empathy too. If it is obvious that a mistake wasmade ( even if it was on the customer's end), the business should come up with some sort of solution or a way to empathize witha customer over a real mistake. For example, this could have been solved by saying... Customer, you made a mistake. However, wecan refund you and resubmit the order the correct way for you. You will have to pay delivery again. We had Manhattan Pizza cater the late night snack for 150 guest at my daughter's wedding. Zach and his team were extremely... professional and responsive from the get go and wonderful to work with.The pizza was absolutely fantastic and everything wasexecuted perfectly. Everyone at the wedding was raving about how delicious the pizza was. They even provided special pizza forthe bride who is gluten free along with some of her other guests who have dietary restrictions. We would definitely work withthem again and highly recommend them.
