Some of the food looked disgusting, particularly the beans it was the bottom of the barrel, not fresh but old. The guy helping... us had an ear bud in his ear and seemed more interested in listening to what was on than to us. Put way too much lettuce on thefood, a huge waste. The place was dirty, every table was dirty. Plenty of people to clean up but several were currently eating,more concerned about their food than their customers. The condiment area was dirty and out of some of the items. They justdidn?t seem to care about the place. I expect a restaurant to be clean and pleasing. I feel that many of these problems can bealleviated with better employee trading and occasional staff meetings and training and supervision. I Won?t go back to thatCafe Rio. Read more

Where to begin.. We used to love Cafe Rio and have noticed that the overall quality has gone way downhill as of late. Visited... this location this evening for our last time. Food wasn?t prepared, waited for over 30 mins to receive nothing more than a lameexcuse about, ?running out of cheese?. The dining room was a disaster, garbages overflowing and trash on the floor, dirtytables, all while multiple employees sat around and were seen in the kitchen on their phones. Bathroom was a disaster, notowels, trash everywhere, employee apron draped over a toilet. I can?t imagine how the kitchen could possibly be clean if theareas I?m allowed to see look the way they do. It?s a shame that Cafe Rio has lowered their expectations, it?s not the same asit once was. Read more
