Decent service and quickness by the staff given a Saturday evening at this really high demand location. However, I don't think... they are following the required specifications in making the new featured "Fanceroni" Pepperoni pizza. Mine was not made to theedge and looked nothing like the advertisement for the new featured specialty pizza. It had less than 60 slices of pepperonidespite the advertised guarantee of 100! I even went back in and showed them and asked if this was how they made the Fanceroniand they confirmed. So, this location needs the memo on the method to make the item in the advertised picture. They serve decent pizza, but sometimes it takes hours to finally have it. I went there on a Tuesday, not even on a weekend!... Waited an hour and a half for a pepperoni and a cheese pizza. I picked up today and drove a few miles home. When I got home, the pizza wasn?t cut through, looked torn, the two bread sticks... (bag and box) were both dripping with grease and the pizza is super soggy with grease. I?ve soaked two thick napkins up with thegrease. Made the mistake of coming on a busy day. The teenagers that work here can?t handle any sort of stress apparently and got my... order wrong. I ordered a cheese pepperoni and they only heard cheese. They told me I had a 25 minute wait so I went back to thecar, noticed my receipt said cheese and went back in to correct them. They said it doesn?t matter, I paid for cheese and thereceipt said cheese so that?s it. If I want a pepperoni pizza I will have to pay for another one. The girl at the cashier made aweak excuse saying it was too loud in the room and she didn?t hear me right. No apologies, all the blame on me and no point incalling them to get a hold of a manager.
