Great location! Working next to so many restaurants I have the ability to try them all. I love love love this Subway. The staff... is extremely friendly, the food is always fresh. I come to this restaurant often. I always order the exact same thing. I always do an order through the app. This is because I... work nearby and this Restaurant is my go to for something fast that I can grab and go in less than a minute. I come here a lot.The service is usually five star worthy. Not this time. This time I put in my order at 5:40, the app said it will be ready at6:02. I got busy at work (I manage a nearby restaurant) and couldn?t get away till 6:20. I walk in to the empty restaurant andthe associate was in the back, sipping from his coke, leisurely moving breads back and forth (I think he started doing this whenI arrived). He said hello then ignored me for a minute and came out. He asked what he could do for me, and I said I had anonline order. He said ?oh, you probably did. I?m really sorry, I?ve just been really busy.? the floors were swept. The tableswere neat. The prep tins were untouched. Everything was immaculate. I know what busy looks like, and they were definitely not,not had they been for at least an hour. He made my sandwich, and another guest walked in while he did. The associate ignored himas well until well after he finished my order and I walked out nearly half an hour late from when the sandwich should have beencompleted. I normally don?t leave negative restaurant reviews because I too work in the food industry and I get it, I get thatstuff happens.
