Looking at some of the reviews? Lehigh must have some real entitlement problems LOL. Pizza is always great, workers are always... doing their best and that?s enough for me! As a side note if there IS a customer service issue.. people are motivated by money,not the idea of ?doing a GOOD job? at taking ur pizza order, remember that when entering a underpaid and understaffedestablishment. I ordered some food it was 15$ and the drive brought the food and I was in bathroom my son paid for it and gave him a 50$ bill... and he only gave him a 20$ bill back ?the driver helped him self to 15$ tip?..and I called and talk to the manager and she saidthe driver would be back with my money?..they never cam nor called me back?.nice to c people will take advantage of a kid???Iwould not go to this location??. When I came in into the store and ask about specials, they told me that they don't offer any special. They star talking each... other and I was there for aprox 5 minutes, they completly ignored me didn't provided any other options. I felt like they arenot interested to sell. Poor customer service. Placing an order of $60+, and was prepared to tip driver good ,$40 . placed order delivery was between 34 to 44 min, reasonable... after 1 hr called,no answer . Pizza was out on delivery,5 min away. After waiting over 1 hr some ordered Marcos which comes in20 min. Called again after website said there's a delay, 15 to 20 more min now at 1 1/2 hrs and finally they answer only tohang up when I asked what was up. Called back and finally talked to the manager,she said it would be 20more min. I cancelled,manager was very rude and hung up. This was a weeding party and by the time I got any info people were leaving. I order and I'veworked for Papa John's before,if this is how you run your store it will effect you in the long run.poor reviews that you receivepeople will read. Read more
