Just about everything from noodles, to flour tortillas was homemade from scratch. All fresh and local. Food was phenomenal. I... will be dreaming of the smoked whitefish pate appetizer for ever it was to die for! The entrees whitefish New Orleans and thestuffed whitefish with salmon were decadent!
