This place has the worst food I have ever eaten. None of the food was edible neither the fries nor the chicken. That biscuit... they gave on combo was so disturbing to eat plus we ordered pepsi but they gave something else (as we ordered online) and thatguy on drive through was so disrespectful. I enjoy KFC. I worked there many years. Many great memories. That's why I was shocked going through drive thru today. The... guy, or gal running the drive thru has 0 customer service skills once so ever. Doesn't smile at the customers. I personallyfelt like I did something wrong ordering my families food tonight. Like I offended this person in some type of way. It's notthe first time I've come across this drive thru staff. If you don't like your job, then quit. I've worked drive that drivethru. I fried chicken, i did drive thru. I didit all. This person has no Charisma once so ever. Definitely has an attitude. If it weren't for him, or her, I would rate it a 5. You guys need to teach some of your staff how to treat a customer. Veryrude service. I will not be returning there anytime soon. Read more
