DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS HERE! I wish I could give this establishment ZERO STARS but 1 will have to do. The employees,... including the managers, are unprofessional and disrespectful. My mom and I weren?t served for 30 minutes and never got ourfood. Everyone ahead of us was served quickly. When we asked for a refund nicely the cashier sarcastically smiled then smirkedand called for her manager. The manager didn?t come for 5 minutes and she was right there. The two employees kept saying ?we?llget your food, it?s almost ready? and no action was being taken. When we asked for a refund the manager charged me A Second time$30. She had to call another manager over to do a refund but they didn?t know how and it took an additional 10 minutes. I willnot be coming here ever again. The managers don?t know how to MANAGE and the employees don?t know customer service. I have NEVERfelt so disrespected in my life AND OVER LUNCH!! Read more
Customer Service needs improvement. Gave wrong and wanted us to wait 15 minutes to provide right order. Manager on Duty was rude... and said that they do ask customers what else is needed as Coupons are already being used. I was annoyed so I responded to herthat she needs to provide quality and good customer service and do not argue with customers as if not for them there is no jobs. Read more

Once a week my son and I have lunch at Popeyes we usually order take out. When we got home where I am meal the chicken was old... and cold the french fries were so old I just couldn?t believe they served anybody like that. The lemonade frozen strawberry wasso watery you would think you were drinking water I call to tell them of the situation. To add insult to injury they told me tobring in the old chicken lemonade along with the receipt that place in Lemon Grove should be shut down.
