I grew up eating at Me n Ed's I have been away for awhile and wanted to now share the experience with my grandson. Very... disappointed to say the least. Customer Service was absolutely horrible. Decent pizza but I ordered online while at work and they would not let my wife pick up the pizza even though she had the... confirmation number and a copy of the e-receipt. She had to cancel the order, refund the money, and then pay in cash. It'shappened a few times now. Way too much hassle. We won't return to this location. Read more
Horrible customer service. (Sad part is, I used to work there. We never had issues like that) Didn't even get to dine there the... last time from backed up take out times and rude employees. Worst experience ever especially by the District Manager. I did not get her name but I posted a picture of her. She was... demeaning and uncaring towards a loyal customer! As I was ordering she rudely interrupted me as I was trying to figure out if Iwanted a fountain drink cause they were having issue's with the water. Because of her interruption the cashier charged me forfountain drinks and then I tried to exchange them for plastic bottles but she denied me! I was willing to pay the difference andshe insisted I could not do it! She wanted me to pay the whole amount! Then after that I went up to the cashier to look over myreceipt because I was over charged. He was in the process to correct it when she butted in again and said I was wrong that Iwasn't overcharged! She made it clear to his employee to not correct the mistake. I was appalled and just had enough of herdisturbing behavior towards me. Never felt such hostility especially coming from a district manager! She had no concernwhatsoever towards customer service!
