I watched the employee taking my order send texts as I was telling her what drink I wanted I could literally see that she was... having a full blown conversation as she took my order and after she finished sending the text I finished ordering and she askedme to repeat my order again obviously since she was busy texting and then went on to say they don?t make it when I?ve had itmade there before many times she had horrible attitude while looking for the drink and finishing my order Read more
Overall better than it used to be. It can be hit and miss sometimes when it comes to some issues of drinks not being read or... even started when you place mobile orders and walk in to find out it has not even been started. Possibly your drink not as goodas another store normally makes it, or other... But it's definitely getting better, the staff are friendly, and always willingto assist you, and help you out. Read more
Was kind of disappointed this morning. The employees are usually friendly and upbeat, but one young lady seemed to have an... attitude this morning. My order was made wrong twice and as I was walking out if the store, I heard one of the employees ask"What was wrong with it?" I understand everyone has a bad day from time to time, but the short young lady with glasses was notso friendly at all. Hope her day gets better. Read more
this place yeah is a Starbucks but they're kind of lacking. Usually they don't accept the same type of promotions that a... standard Starbucks takes. Many instances I've went there and the reader is down so you can't use your app. and I've even hadinstances where I should have been collecting a number of points but wasn't able to for some reason it didn't come through fromthis store. And they don't have exclusive drinks that you might hear about on TV or online. I would probably go to one off baseit typically will have everything that you might want. Read more

More often than not this location has been lacking in customer service lately. Last week when they forgot my whipped cream the... barista simply took off the flat lid sprayed some whipped cream and then put the same lid back on flooding the lid and cupitself with coffee making a mess even though they weren't out of the domed lids. Today I'd received a coffee, different baristaand about 2/3rds of the way through my drink I got a hair in my mouth through the straw. I tried calling just to give them aheads up, but the phone goes straight to voicemail and the inbox is full. Read more
