First time using the order ahead app. Waited 25mins and when it said it was ready I entered the store. There were 6people ahead... of me and a HUGE mound of receipts from online orders. My order hadnt even been started yet! These poor girls (only 2 of them)were working as fast as they could and still remained polite and professional.
