We had a group of 8 and had just finished up lunch at Martin City Brewery and decided to stop at Saints for one drink before... heading home. The bartender greeted us with such wonderful energy and since she was slow at the bar, lead us over there. She wasquick to take and deliver our order and smiled the whole time. However, the bar manager, or shift manager, was unbelievablywound up and rude. We congregated around the bar and he asked us to move out of the way as he rushed around from the bar to theseating area. Mind you, the place was fairly empty, it wasn't busy yet and the Chiefs game was still hours away. We broke ourgroup up and half of us moved to the other side of the bar. That still wasn't good enough for him. Within 10 minutes he wasasking the other half of our group to move out of the way and this time we weren't anywhere near the entrance to the bar. Theguests around us began telling him to calm down and leave us alone and he started arguing with them! We didn't even finish ourdrinks and left. Got the sampler platter. It was stellar. What was more stellar was the service. I arrived around 6pm. The place was slammed. I... was able to secure a seat at the bar and was immediately met by Ben. Ben is amazing. His knowledge of the menu and his abilityto customize small requests was so refreshing. Big ups to management as well. Felicia noticed a tiny issue behind the bar andwas so quick to jump in and anticipate needs of others. Again... very refreshing to see. Thanks for the great service Saints!Keep it up! Read more
Our Cadillac Club had lunch here on a Saturday. Nice food selections, great tasting food, and our waiter was attentive and got... us all served quickly, given how busy it was. Impressive service! Read more
Alexis, the Manager, is amazing. She is attentive and anticipates customers' needs! Jerry, our server last week, was awesome and... so polite. Today we have Don serving us, and he is killing it on his fifth day! My coworkers and I have lunch here every chancewe get. Highly recommend this spot for kicking it! Read more

Not packed full for a weekend night with no foot ball on. Slightly understaffed for a weekend. Drinks are okay. The fireplace... is a really nice touch. The patio is the best for a warm night. It's shaded from the West and the wind just rips right throughcooling it off. You'll find business people here on weekdays catching a drink after work. And on the weekends it's pretty much abunch of couples. Read more
