Really good experience, I just can not hardly understand whomever is taking phone order. I been trying to find out the guys name... that took care of me this evening. Every time I go he is sooo nice and a respectful gentleman. When I called to ask someone saidjohn mcghee I think. Our pizza was dried out and seemed to have zero sauce on it; ordered extra cheese, which didnt seem to make it to the pizza.... Team maybe a little off their game or maybe new staff? Love Pizza Hut, and will always go back, but maybe next time will makesure we are all on the same page for our order. Read more
I?m genuinely confused but why would the delivery driver pull into the drive way to not deliver my order? We had it as a ?leave... at the door? option and searched all around the outside. It was either not delivered at all and the car was a coincidence or thefood was kept and the driver pulled up to my house anyway. I had waited over an hour since I placed it, for my order before Idecided to call and see what was going on and spoke to two representatives at a call center and no one could get in contact withthe store. I was ?connected? to the store and the other woman tried to call the store her self. After over 30 minutes of waitingon hold I just gave up and hung up. Plan to dispute the charge tomorrow or try and get a refund tomorrow. This was legitimatelythe worst experience I?ve ever had anywhere my entirely life and I?m livid. Absolute trash business.
