It's dirty, there were cobwebs above our booth. While the lettuce on the salad bar was fresh, not much else was. And the salad... dressings taste terrible, not sure if they make them in house or not but they need to up their quality on them. Also onewaitress kept over seating her section leaving the other guy with nobody. Felt bad for him because he was actually serving hiscustomers instead of running to the door for new ones. Read more

I hate to leave a review like this, but I think it's important to be honest in giving reviews of my experience. I know that... many establishments are struggling to find staff; those working on the night of our visit were working extra hard to serve theirguest and were very pleasant and professional. The salad bar was not up to normal standards (we were told that several itemshad not been prepped for the dinner service) and we were not keen on getting anything from the salad bar during the ongoingpandemic. We were told that the staff was hit with a new menu and were cooking some new items...so there's a learning curvethere. Fried shrimp is on the menu, but they don't offer tarter sauce...why?! Overall, the food was just "okay" but overpricedfor the portions and quality served. This visit was a reminder why Ruby Tuesday is not on my radar when considering dining out. We were in town for an event and decided to eat at the Ruby Tuesdays because it was close to our hotel. Sat at the bar and... Jasmine took great care of us. Although we had never eaten here before we felt like regulars. She joked with us and made us feelwelcomed. We stayed for 3 hours and had a great time. Food was perfect and all orders were arrived as we asked and tasted great.Highly recommend eating here. Read more

We ordered to ribeyes medium they were cooked perfect and seasoned just right . Our sides both came out hot and fresh . It was... Friday night and they looked busy. Our server was Matt he was very friendly. We asked him to give the cook 10$ for a tip. Eventhough she was busy she made it out to our table to tell use thank you and hopefully we keep coming back . The hole staff wasgreat and very friendly for a busy night. We will keep coming back to this Ruby Tuesdays. Read more
