This review cost me $4000, so I would pay attention if I were you. My wife and I had picked out this place to have our wedding,... gave $8000 for a deposit, then covid happend. Due to the fact that obviously 0 services were provided for the wedding due to ithaving to get canceled completely out of our control. Apple Hill farm said that they were entitled to all of our money... afterweeks of arguing and sleepless nights we were luckily able to get 4000 back... I would not recommend this place to anybody. Iwould not recommend a place that is willing to take a young couple's $8000 argue with them to even give half of it back. Theytried to treat the situation as if we were choosing to cancel but obviously with capacity restrictions and social distancingthat was not the case. These sneaky terrible people also got us to sign another contract with them because they continued toextend the date and extend the date and changed the contract in the middle because they knew we would be able to take them tocourt and win. We quickly made the decision to go with Apple Hill Farm based off of the beautiful scenery and the amazing staff. The wedding... planner, Laura went above and beyond to make our wedding day as special as could be. She is always there to help, and is quickto answer whenever we had questions. Her experience is unmatched and we couldn?t have asked for a better person to help with ourday. I highly recommend this place to anyone. At the very least, go check out the venue. There are plenty of beautiful placesaround, but when we actually met with Laura, we could tell that she genuinely cared ABOUT US and about OUR DAY. Some places onlycare about the money, or if you are actually interested in booking. Not here! They care about you. Everything was so easy. Fromvendors to food, everything is included on site. I wanted this place to be good. The location is fanatic. We sat down for dinner and they served chicken which was uncooked. No... big deal. It happens once and awhile, we sent it back. I ordered a stuff sole dish. When the chicken came out again we triedeverything with a open mind, and noted the food was completely underwhelming. The chicken was completely cheese covered, and thestuff sole was beyond bland. Pretty expensive for a meal which was equivalent, or dare I say worse, then a chainrestaurant. Service was fantastic but was bothered that both the plates got sent back at the end of the evening almostuntouched. They did not offer to at least take the chicken off. Such a bummer.
