My s.o and I came in tonight for dinner around 9 the wait to be seated was a tad long not a big deal. But the smell OH MY... GOODNESS it smelt like complete garbage to put it bluntly it smelled like sewage…. It was terrible. We tried to just ignore itthinking when we got to our table it would be a tad better. Yeah we were wrong the server was amazing absolutely amazing veryupbeat and helpful on top of everything I wish I could remember his name he did a great job! But the smell even in the way backwas nauseating to the point we couldn’t finish our food and took our dessert to go and ditched our meals and drinks…. Thetable behind us was complaining about it too saying they couldn’t eat and wondered what the smell was… it’s to bad we useto come eat every week idk if we will be back any time soon. Anything that smells like human waste can not be sanitary. Nevermind the fact when our bill was $90 we should be able to eat our whole meals with out the smell of sewage…. Or feeling sickwhile doing so no exaggeration….. oh well lesson learned Read more

Do not get the kids menu pizza. My 6 year old son who loves pizza took one bite and spit it out. Said it was gross. So my... husband took a bite and also spit it out. I tried it and spit it out. It was so gross. Legit inedible. They also forgot hisfruit. Should of said something but didn't. But my dish i had to say something because the chicken wasn't cooked. I draw theline at undercooked chicken. My new meal didn't come out til everyone was done but it was tasty the 2 bites I had but had totake it home so everyone wasn't waiting on me to eat. On the plus side the Italian donuts were delicious! However we felt wegot ripped off a lil and here's why .. got our bill and we're charged us for 2 dipping sauces 5 bucks each. Well when the servercame to our table and we said yes the free salad and bread sticks that came with our meal he casually asked if we wanted dippingsauce. So we said sure figured why not it's included right...NOPE 5 bucks each for a small laddle of tomato sauce. He never toldus dipping sauce was extra. If we'd know we would of said no thanks. We were shocked. We paid for it but that seemed like apretty tricky thing to do to up the bill. Regardless we aren't ones to argue a bill or ask for anything to be take off. Wetipped 20% because they did comp my raw chicken dish but we won't be back anytime soon. Read more

Wish I could have said something while dining in, but it was our anniversary and I didn’t want to ruin our night. But my... experience here was not that great. I don’t recall the waiters name, but he was an African American man with long dreadlocksin a ponytail. He didn’t give us attitude, but he wasn’t exactly that kind or pleasant at all. He charged us for addingbroccoli to our Alfredo, when he worded it as if it came with it. Upon checking the bill, I saw I was charged for it and wasquite surprised since he said it came with the chicken and broccoli. Again, didn’t say anything as to not ruin our night. Heforgot one of our drinks we ordered earlier on, and he didn’t give it to us until after we were packed up and ready to gowhile waiting for it. He also got annoyed when he brought a soup to us and my partner thought for a bit about whether it was hisor not. The waiter made this gesture with his hand as if saying, “ You can’t even remember what you ordered?” Read more

Joe our server was good, although my 2nd glass of wine I ordered with dinner never showed up, but he was quite busy. Tour of... Italy was good. My daughter had spaghetti and meatballs and said it was good. My only real complaint is that I have been toOlive Garden 3 times in the last 4 years (2 different restaurants) , and every time my wine glass has been dirty. Tonight wasthe same......a glass with the inside splattered with spots and tomato? sauce residue. Olive Garden please fix your dishwasher/washing problems. Update 9-3-22, Olive Garden management has offered a gift card, and apologized for the issue. I willgive it another try in the future. I have bumped up from 3 to 4 stars for their efforts. Read more

This is by far the worst Olive Garden I have ever been to. So the service was fine but our drinks were not mixed well at all, my... forks still had food crusted on them, our bread sticks we obviously reheated and then burnt, and the lettuce/vegetables in thesalad was wilty- and I’m pretty convinced there were black olives in there instead of the Greek ones. The only good thing Ihave to say is our entrees were somehow also not messed up and were pretty good. I had not been at an Olive Garden in awhile andI really don’t plan on going back. Read more
